These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TNL TheNextLevel (thenextlevel.live). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Account Security

Intellectual Property

All content, software, tools, indicators, expert advisors, educational materials and analysis made available through the platform are owned by TNL TheNextLevel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and its content for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute or resell any part of the platform, its content, or any licensed product.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNL TheNextLevel and its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of trading capital — arising from your use of the platform, its tools, or any analysis, signal or educational content it provides.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
